They’re back!
The dreaded tomato hookworm showed itself to us for the first time this season July 29th. We found 10 of them from about 50 plants and another 2 this morning. What now follows is a twice a day (morning, evening) inspection, collection using gloves and a bucket, and feeding them to the road for squishing and birdfood.
These are approx 10-12cm long and big and thick and full of tomato leaf juice. Did I say ick?
