You can tell the warm season is coming to a close.
We’ve had frost 5 nights now, mostly mild but enough that the plants know.
We have one more week of food from the Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) that we tried out this year.
The Community Garden in Napanee is winding down and getting prepped for plowing under this week.
At the Lennox & Addington Horticultural (L&A Hort) meeting this week, the talk was about looking for wildflowers blooming in the spring!
Tonight we are scheduled for another frosty night.
The garlic will be going in the ground in the next 3 weeks, depending more on time to do it, but as long as the ground is not frozen… we will be good to go.
