{"id":2212,"date":"2011-11-04T12:24:04","date_gmt":"2011-11-04T16:24:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/starlightcascade.ca\/blog\/?p=2212"},"modified":"2011-11-04T13:04:59","modified_gmt":"2011-11-04T17:04:59","slug":"napanee-food-bank-garden-2011-summary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/starlightcascade.ca\/blog\/2011\/11\/napanee-food-bank-garden-2011-summary\/","title":{"rendered":"Napanee Food Bank Garden 2011 Summary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/20110810-01.jpg\" align=right width=200><br \/>\nNapanee Food Bank Garden 2011 Summary<br \/>\nWe kept a logbook of harvest this year and today I went through and transcribed it into a <a href='\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/2011foodbankgardensummary.pdf'>2011foodbankgardensummary spreadsheet<\/a> (11kb .pdf).<\/p>\n<p>Basically the summary goes like this:  88 cabbages, 63 squash and 70 bushels of beets, carrots, cucumbers, green beans, lettuce, onions, peas, peppers, potatos, tomatos and yellow beans.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to all the volunteers, especially Susan Withers who made the logbook happen.<br \/>\nNow at least we have a baseline of harvest goods to look at, along with how much of each type of vegetable.<br \/>\nKim &#038; I spent approx 1 hr\/week for 25 odd weeks tending our three rows.
