Enough was enough and they had to go in the ground.. and so they did on Saturday May 5th, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>We have 16 types this year including:<br \/>\n1) Norgold russett<br \/>\n2) Epicure<br \/>\n3) Irish Cobbler<br \/>\n4) Caribe<br \/>\n5) Bluenose<br \/>\n6) Warba<br \/>\n7) Superior<br \/>\n8) Norland<br \/>\n9) Carola<br \/>\n10) Morning Glory<br \/>\n11) Brigus<br \/>\n12) Russian Blue<br \/>\n13) Green Mountain<br \/>\n14) White Rose<br \/>\n15) Blue Victor<br \/>\n16) Yukon Gold<\/p>\n<p>Each get at least five hills, some up to ten.<br \/>\nThey are planted in Veg beds #4A and 4B, totaling about 350 ft^2.<br \/>\nWe added type #17, five hills of Kennebec on May 20th.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our seed potatos from last fall were too eager to get into the ground&#8230; long long roots growing even when being stored in our dark cool cold room.
