\nWe are having troubles identifying a plant in our flower beds. It is widespread this year but we do not recognize it as a flower that we have planted in the past.<\/p>\n

It could be a weed from many sources, including birdseed from some feeders nearby, or transplanted buy many chipmunks and squirrels in the area.<\/p>\n

The leaf looks like this, a five lobed long fingered leaf:<\/p>\n

The plant is 2 to 3 feet tall and is in bunches.<\/p>\n

The closest I could come in a google image search is
\nambrosia trifida aka giant ragweed

or leonurus cardiaca aka motherwort
