Revisit some classic video.<\/p>\n<li> We started with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/list\/ls072068350\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lord of the Rings Extended Edition Trilogy<\/a>, which took a little over 14 hours.  It was great!  Have to wait a bit before trying that much again for the Hobbit, in three parts!\n<li> Next was the one and only season of what could have gone on for many season, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0303461\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Firefly<\/a> with Nathan Filion.\n<li> We  dove into the Doctor Who spinoff series called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0485301\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Torchwood, with John Barrowman and Eve Myles<\/a>.  It was a little  uneven, and very dark at times, but we powered through four seasons of that!\n<li> The latest series is something with one of our fave actors, Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones, Stargate Atlantis), called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt4686698\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Frontier<\/a>.  A great historic drama about the founding days of Canada, the Hudson Bay Company and the Fur Trade.  We have gone through the first two seasons and have just started the third and last (so far) season.\n<p>\nThere are still some old series that we have not yet seen but will schedule for the next blizzard&#8230; Breaking Bad, Lost and a few others.  Competing with that are two that we have seen before but is time to watch again, namely Babylon 5 and Battlestar Galactica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What do we do when stuck inside for the winter?
