When I got up there atop a stepladder seated on snow, in an attempt to loosen it and get it spinning again, I broke it.<br \/>\nLast weekend I managed to effecting a repair.  Guess what&#8230; super glue sucks. and doesn&#8217;t glue.  After 30 minutes (3 attempts) at applying the glue and holding in place atop a swaying ladder (on the ground this time but with a good wind), nothing.  Switched over to contact cement and it seems to be holding.<\/p>\n<p>Updated April 19th:  After 10 days the repair is holding up.
