Monday July 5th we headed down the highway to Halifax. Just across the border into Nova Scotia we ran into this Honey Bee sign. Interesting as colony collapse is widespread but they are attempting to slow it down a bit here.
We made it into Halifax in the afternoon, which was mostly foggy.

We normally don’t see fog quite like this at home… but the waterfront was great. We spent some time there and then went into the Maritime Marine Museum. Great Place.. Much smaller than we thought it would be. The Halifax Explosion and the Titanic sinking displays were the main attraction.

There was much more to see but lacking time we headed off for Peggy’s Cove and to find someplace to stay for the night. We took a quick look around Peggy’s Cove, intending to come back in the morning when it was quiet and we had more time.
