It’s that time of year (April 2012).. or years, that the average declination of Jupiter is increasing, from a minimum in 2008 to a maximum in 2012-2014. This in turn will cause our dual dipole radiojove antenna to drop from 15′ to 10′ for the next couple of years.
All in all it took less than 30 minutes to drop the 2nd sections down and re-tie all of the guy ropes.
