Spring has officially arrived and it’s time for the annual GrassRoots Growers Plant Sale. The plant sale is the Tamworth/Erinsville GrassRoots Growers largest fundraiser, enabling the GRG to engage speakers, plan events, and undertake community projects.
In addition to a variety of hearty plants, the GrassRoots Growers are pleased to announce that the Lions’ will be selling mushroom compost. A pickup truck or trailer load will sell for $25, a garbage can or barrel for $5. Please bring your own containers. For more information call 613-379-5959. Happy growing!
