A tour around the property the other day came across this surprising! cactus flowering in the Crescent Moon garden. Ths is a rare event but always a good surprise.
Back along the creek, the transplanted tiger lillies have finally come out.
They are spreading like wildfire! and soon the entire area will be overrun.
We’ll skip images of the potato bugs. For the most of June they were under control and only needed picking once or twice each day. July heat hits and we were overrun. 2, 3, sometimes 4 times a day, picking dozens and dozens and dozens.
The silly bugs are on the potatos, tomatos, marigolds and other plants to boot.
