Thoughts from Starlight Cascade

Another keeper from the 35mm slide scanning project. This is a sunrise from January 1987. It is hard to remember but I think it was from a 3rd floor apartment near SirJohnAMacDonald and Johnson Sts in Kingston.

One of those remarkable cloud covers at just the right height and coverage to allow the rising sun to illuminate from below.

I do remember it was very difficult to wake up and get the shot through the window.
Back in those days I am not sure what kind of camera was in use. The film was usually fujichrome slide film.

All in all a good reminder to changeup the routine once in awhile and be amazed at what you may have never seen before.
