Cold cold and more cold

Today is Thursday January 23rd, 2014
It was -30C this morning
The previous three days have also been very very cold:

Monday Jan 20: -26C
Tuesday Jan 21: -35C
Wednesday Jan 22: -36C
Thursday Jan 23: -30C

These readings are all from our weather station, a Davis Vantage Vue (installed on 2012 December 26). Not surprisingly it matches the readings coming from our older model, an Oregon WMR968 (installed 2006 December 26), which has some anemometer and rain gauge issues, but the temperature sensors are still working well.

It can stop anytime now… only it seems we have one more night to go. Expected lows tonight are at least -29C
