Our standby wordpress theme has been “aspire” for quite a while. One of the drawbacks is that it was fixed width. As monitors have gotten wider and wider, there was a lot of unused real estate on the screen. So today I installed a variable width theme and we will see how it goes.
Updated: August 09. Not bad so far.. Was able to add content to the 3rd column and use the space better; replaced the header image with one of our own.
Pulled up the blog and it startled me, vastly different look. Nice and bright, but I gotta get used to it.
